Discover the art of bead embroidery in a welcoming, hands-on workshop guided by your own creativity. Rather than following a pattern, you'll design a project that's uniquely your own, such as a pair of earrings, pendant or brooch, or a decorative bead-embroidered piece that can be incorporated into a jacket, vest, handbag, scarf or wall hanging.
Explore colour, texture, composition and design choices while developing a project that reflects your own interests and creative vision. Feel free to bring a favourite button, stone, bead, shell, charm, piece of fabric or found object to incorporate into your design.
Perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike.
Your registration includes:
- Two full days of instruction (July 18 & 19)
- A $50 bead & embellishment credit
- All other materials
- Individual guidance throughout the weekend
